Online Marketing Manager

Design and implement short and long-term marketing strategies to increase online revenue, including e-mail campaigns, social media presence, and highly segmented creative stories. Analyze website traffic and marketing metrics using Google Analytics to develop marketing insights, prepare campaign analysis reports, and create management dashboards. Manage Google AdWords and optimize the website’s search engine to increase unique visitors per month. Monitor competitors’ paid and organic search efforts. Utilize Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create marketing copy for email, social media, advertisements, and the website. Design and develop the company’s e-commerce website in coordination with the web design agency and improve website usability. Manage the digital marketing budget and monitor and report ROI utilizing QuickBooks Pro and Microsoft Excel. Manage the company’s databases, domain names, host records, and provide technical support for the website utilizing HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.

Requirements: The position requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing, plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Equivalent foreign degrees are accepted. The position requires skills and knowledge in paid search management (including Google AdWords), Google Analytics, SEO management, HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Quick Books Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
